Roles & Responsibilities
- Place the inquiry in the market as per demand.
- Making comparison statement against quotation received from various vendor.
- Generate the POs in SAP B-One.
- Source and evaluate suppliers for products and services.
- Negotiate the best prices with suppliers/vendors.
- Manage supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the internal stakeholders.
- Communication with Internal & external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain procurement records and reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- To submit the Invoices Finance in a timely.
- To ensure the timely payments to suppliers.
- Preparation of landed cost against items/services (where applicable).
