As a Data Entry Executive, You will be responsible for completing delegated tasks by processing data throughout the shift.

  • You will start from the beginning of the processes during your training period and gradually undertake all full control of maintaining the inbox.
  • Complete 9h shift is mandatory (inclusive of 1hour break).
  • Can adapt shift rotation (Day and Night shifts) .
  • Processing data before consignment reaches port.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients to obtain any documents required during the processes.
  • Communicate and coordinate with port authorities for our clients.
  • Answer queries in a timely manner throughout your shift and processes data as required.
  • Reporting to the clients and Dept. manager on the status of all consignments at hand.

Skills required:

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient Ms. Excel
  • Can manage mailbox
  • Can coordinate and manage the work and meet the deadlines.

Other requirements:

  • Self capable to commute
  • Can work the night shift.
  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: 0-1 year.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: From Rs25,000.00 per month
