The 3D Designer will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate 3D models of sports apparel and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of fabric simulation, pattern making, and 3D visualization to produce designs that are both innovative and practical for production.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop 3D models of sports apparel and equipment using CLO or similar 3D fashion design software.
Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure that 3D designs are optimized for manufacturing.
Research emerging fashion trends and new technologies in 3D modeling to create innovative product designs.
Prepare and present design proposals and prototypes to management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with material suppliers and product developers to select suitable materials and discuss design specifications.
Ensure all designs meet quality and technical standards.
Revise models and drawings as required and provide final designs for production.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of 3D design software updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling, ideally in the fashion or sports equipment industry.
Proficiency in CLO, Adobe Suite, and other relevant 3D design software.
Strong understanding of textile properties, drape, color, and composition.
Excellent visual and technical skills in 3D modeling and rendering.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
