e-BizSoft is currently looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Representative for its Lahore Office to provide support for the customers of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and master the company’s products and services through training and hands-on usage.
Provide customer support to clients via various communications tools including email, phone, or live chat.
Troubleshoot products installation and minor issues with the products.
Provide demonstrations of services and products offered by e-BizSoft.
Interface with the internal teams including product development, quality assurance and management to communicate support incidents that require upstream attention and/or resolution.
Document incidents as well as other deliverables such as help files, FAQ, online help, knowledge bases, etc.
Minimum 2 years in a similar position
Basic experience with software programming concepts (including databases, user interfaces, websites and webpages)
Must be able to use Microsoft Windows efficiently to be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot products and their underlying and associated software components
Must be proficient in English written and spoken language.
