We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our growing e-commerce brand in Lahore. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage order operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Entering new products to the online store
Handle daily processing of online orders
Receive, pack and process customers online orders
Generate shipping labels and prepare necessary paperwork for order shipment
Coordinate with logistics teams for order fulfillment
Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to customers
Resolve issues related to orders such as delays, cancellations, and returns
Maintain up-to-date order records and ensure proper documentation
Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Any other tasks related to fulfillment as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce order processing
Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with order management systems
Experience with popular e-commerce platforms like Asaan Retail is plus
Basic graphic design knowledge, such as familiarity with Canva is a plus.
Ability to write emails.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
