Job Responsibilities:

The Human Resource Manager will design and implement strategies in following areas:

  • Develops and implements recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Manages hiring cycle from start to end:
  • Drafting & posting openings on multiple platforms
  • Scheduling interviews with appropriate team members and drafting offer letters.
  • Serves as point of contact for new-hire onboarding questions and trains new hires on duties and policies.
  • Identifies and implements improvements to benefits offered. Manage changes to employee benefits in accordance with employment status.
  • Acts as liaison with benefits broker and third-party benefits vendors.
  • Monitors employee timecards for submission, approval, and possible errors.
  • Processing monthly payroll with the help of accounts and management leads.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Proactively researches and presents recommendations to senior leadership for improvements.
  • Resolves employee questions and concerns in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Administers leave requests from start to finish and serves as a resource to employees for all HR-related questions.
  • Strives to create an inclusive and rewarding work environment that allows employees to thrive both professionally and personally.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with any supporting certifications is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administration sector.
  • Basic understanding of local and federal employment and tax regulations.
  • Reliable, punctual and willing to work in off hours when the need arises.
  • Ability to maintain files, schedules, reports with advanced computer skills.

Compensation:Monthly package ranges from 100,000 - 150,000+   The selected candidate should be available to start immediately.
