e-strats is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with proven customer support experience for its islamabad-based office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent American/English accent along with strong problem-solving skills to handle communications with the clients and ensure complete customer satisfaction

What you need for this position?

2+ years of proven customer support experience working in an international call center
Active listening skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage time efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
Positive Attitude and attention to detail
Computer Skills
American/English accent

Responsibilities and Duties:

Resolving problems by identifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best possible response
Managing all the incoming calls
Following up with the customers to ensure resolution of problems
Assisting customers to address their concerns
