Responsibilities:
- Create original designs for internal and external marketing initiatives. This includes both print and digital (inclusive of social media) covering everything from one-off marketing tasks to supporting comprehensive integrated campaigns
- Support Earthlink and its sub-brands by contributing fresh ideas for the company’s visual communication
- Create logo designs and other print and digital materials aimed at brand development for the Earthlink brand, and its projects
- Able to multi-task a variety of projects and deadlines at a time, with a diverse style of design to meet the variety of styles and brand persona of Earthlink projects
- Work in sync with the team as well as take initiatives on your own
- Manage projects or tasks from start to finish on your own as and when required
- Brainstorm, ideate, and participate in collaborative creative input during meetings for individual projects and/or overall marketing strategies
- Take direction, feedback, and constructive criticism from the leadership with a positive, can-do attitude
- Perform any additional responsibilities related to visualization and graphic design, as requested or assigned
