One of our organisations, Care Foundation is looking for a seasoned HR professional to head its HR Function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent
- Provide guidance and support on performance management processes, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive market positioning
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and success
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
