Preparing, collating and lodging (including e-lodging where relevant) visa applications and supporting documentation with the Immigration Deparement of various countries mainly Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, USA.
Managing and monitoring applications with immigration authorities until the matter is finalised
Liaising with clients, visa applicants and government authorities
Managing a high volume of visa applications in/outbound
Providing advice and assistance to clients with respect to visa options, eligibility prospects and merits of applications including matters associated with visa applications as well as Departmental compliance and monitoring requirements
Managing client and/or visa applicant expectations and tailoring advice to specific and/or commercial needs of the clients
Creating and maintaining client relationships and participating in, contributing to, and undertaking new and existing business development activities
Marketing the products and developing sales strategies.
