  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including radiologists, technicians, IT specialists, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless project operations and execution.
  • Review of CCTV of all sites to ensure operations are carried out professionally.
  • Manage monthly audit of sites and recheck all invoices and related documentation as per established SOPs.
  • Timely hiring and training of staff.
  • Ensure that all project tasks are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Report and escalate urgent matters to the management promptly.
  • Manage the relationship with team, procuring agency and all stakeholders of the CT Project.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, recommend innovative solutions, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation at all times.
  • Coordination of invoicing status from the customer.
  • Travelling to CT scan sites for management, audit or other official purposes.
  • Effective inventory management to ensure sufficient consumable items at all sites.
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
