You will be responsible for the sales of our projects and promotions. Your goal is to create leads and generate revenue through the sales avenue. You will be responsible for calling prospective clients and following up with them. Furthermore, you must maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively pursue business development opportunities over the phone or through social engagement
  • Build relationships from the ground up with prospects and customers to continuously build on your sales and revenue
  • Administer sales presentations, client meetings over the phone
  • Identify and communicate with decision makers by showing them the value of our projects
  • Employ a outcome-based sales approach and provide service solutions through effective analysis and qualification
  • Deliver monthly sales quotas and exceed sales activity standards
  • Maintain an expert level of product and industry knowledge and business acumen
  • As an EBL employee, you will provide exceeding customer service and business acumen to our clients

What you will bring:

  • A proven track record as a top performing sales professional who has consistently exceeded sales performance objectives
  • Sales experience; preferably in a business-to-business sales role or business-to-consumer sales in real estate
  • Superb oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours to meet evolving business needs
  • The desire to improve on a daily basis
