Telesales Representative

EBS is a UAE based Accounting & Bookkeeping firm of experienced Chartered Accountants, providing various services to clients in the Fields of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative for our Pakistan office.

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential clients. As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Must be able to convince the client.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Track and maintain accurate records of calls made, conversations had, and leads generated.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the client using the right methods/tools. ·

Job Requirements

Strong communication Skills,fluent English.
Must have knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or relevant role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Fast learner and passionate personality.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.

Details:

Working days are Monday to Friday.

Timings 9am to 6pm.

Location Gulberg 3 Lahore.
