We are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. This position is designed for individuals passionate about the online retail industry and eager to learn about ecommerce operations, digital marketing strategies, customer relationship management, and data analysis. The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of ecommerce management under the guidance of our experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured training program covering all areas of ecommerce operations, including inventory management, product listings, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing) to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
Analyze website traffic and customer behavior data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and a superior customer shopping experience.
Support the customer service team in resolving issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of strategies for product range expansion, pricing, and promotions.
Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely completion of assigned projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong interest in ecommerce and digital marketing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
