Dubai based internet company with worldwide customer service requires energetic experienced candidates for flexible shifts, for the post of Customer Service Executive.
It is imperative that you have excellent communication skills in English speaking an writing both plus your understanding will be the key. Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus!
We are only considering long term candidates seeking for an opportunity to grow.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure.
Resolve customer inquiries via phone , email , chat
Answer questions about terms of sale.
Handle administrative tasks

Able to work in flexible hours
