What You Will Be Doing

Business Analyst (BA):

Analyzes business processes, systems, and operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborates with various stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Defines and documents project scope, objectives, and constraints.
Works on a broader range of projects, including process improvement, software development, and system implementations.
Often involved in defining project plans, managing changes, and ensuring project success.
Typically does not have a primary sales or business development role.

What You Should Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
Familiarity with project management tools and version control systems.
