Practical knowledge of adjusting reel and bedknife heights of toro turf machines, able to operate and train the others on turf machinery, troubleshooting the machine general problems, repairing engines, servicing the equipment, keeping record of the maintenance services, back lapping, reels and bedknife grinding skills,

keeping the workshop neat and clean, guiding operators on safe use of the toro machines,assisting in spare parts list inventory etc.

The responsibilities mentioned above are not limited to the written ones only.

The personnel must be able& willing to work under all challenges the department may going through to prove his ability to work efficiently under pressure situations.

The mechanic must be conceding to work overtime shifts or 7 days a week if need arises.
