You will be the frontline ambassador of our company, responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to our valued customers.
You will handle a wide range of inquiries, issues, and requests with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolving customer concerns and inquiries regarding products, services, and billing.
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing basic technical support when necessary.
Educating customers about our products and services to ensure optimal utilization and satisfaction.
Documenting all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in our CRM system.
Collaborating closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

Minimum of intermediate education level.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluency in English.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
