JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in all phases of software development life cycle including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment and support
Develop high-quality and scalable application logic with Apex and SOQL
Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems
Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
Operate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies
Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users

Required Skills

Certified Force.com Platform Developer I and Certified Force.com Platform Developer II Certification
Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updates as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration for academic institutions
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
Effective problem solver
Commitment to excellence and high standards and the ability to thrive in a team environment

Required Experience

5+ years of experience with technical implementations of SalesForce CRM Case Management System
Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including: Java, jscript, and Force.com platform
Experience in moving code from sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality and integration
Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is preferred
Experience in setting up single sign on between systems
