We are looking for Assistant Manager Assistant Manager Customer Support

The role will be but no limited to,

Can empathize with customers and listen carefully.
Is decisive and can distinguish when to be flexible and when to be firm.
Can quickly identify and evaluate problems to reach a solution.
Will communicate answers and solutions confidently to customers.
Can maintain a professional manner while dealing with customer complaints.
Creating a positive work environment and culture
Assigning meaningful job titles to employees
Providing adequate and fair reimbursemnet and opportunities for advancement
handling all types of complaints,
refund escalation,
sale reconfirmation before traveling
contacting suppliers directly in case of any problem
staying intouch with customer before and after traveling

This position is for a Travel Consultancy. Relevant Experience would be an added advantage.
