Contacting potential or existing customers to inform and brief them about a project
Answering questions about the project or the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
Gender (Female)
Call Centre Experience will be preferable
