  • Create the purchase order in the system for all imports.
  • Create the shipments for all imports.
  • Maintain TT list on a daily basis for all imports
  • Check the WEBOC status for all items under clearance and give an update to the import manager.
  • Create an I form in WEBOC.
  • GET I form approved from the bank.
  • Recheck all the documents for TT payments through banks:
  •  Invoices (already created for clearance)
  •  Packing list (already created for clearance)
  •  BL Copy
  •  Goods Declaration Copy
  •  Custom Challans
  •  2 undertakings created on specific company letter head for the following purpose
  • Declaration of payment through said bank only and not any other bank
  • Request to do payment on company behalf.
  •  Make a copy of all TT payment documents for company record
  •  Submit all swift documents to process the payment to supplier
  •  Follow up on TT Payment until swift copy is received and file appropriately.
  •  Submit the swift copy to the management to email the supplier for confirmation by the supplier
  •  Check the account details of supplier for open market TT payments, from emails/invoice to make sure they are correct.
  •  Create detail of open market payment to be done and share it with the import manager (including the following).
  •  Account detail (account number)
  •  Swift code
  •  Bank name of supplier
  •  Name of supplier
  •  Address of supplier (optional)

Location: Lahore

Qualification: B.Com or relevant degree
