We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet Sales Coordinator to support the CEO in managing strategic sales initiatives, client relationships, and key business development activities. This role serves as a critical bridge between the CEO’s office and the sales and client management functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the CEO on sales planning, client follow-ups, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate high-level sales meetings, presentations, and business proposals.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on key business priorities.
- Prepare executive-level reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for the CEO.
- Track and manage key accounts, customer communications, and strategic follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and attend sales strategy meetings, record minutes, and ensure action items are executed.
- Assist in the preparation and review of high-impact proposals, tenders, or partnership decks.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to support the CEO’s sales strategy.
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel related to sales and client engagements.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and client information.
Location: New Garden Town Lahore
Salary: 50K to 60k
