Ensure the implementation of Company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Policy.
Taking measures to achieve target of zero accidents in the facility.
Monitor products that are stored in the warehouse as per their label requirements.
Ensure implementation of SOPs.
Ensure Permit To Work System implementation.
Promote occupational health and safety within the organization nationally and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
Inspect machinery and equipment, such as Forklift truck and power pallet-jack, to make sure they are fit for the job.
Ensure the use of PPEs.
Make sure that dangerous materials are stored separately.
Conducting Risk Assessment.
Accident/incident investigation.
Conduct training sessions for supervisors and workers on health and safety practices.
Assist in mock firefighting drill and first aid exercise.
Maintain good housekeeping principles at all sites.
Monitor firefighting equipment.
Monitor pest control services at all sites.
Daily site inspection.
Assist in internal and external audit.
Maintain Integrated Management System documentation and record keeping.
To ensure calibration of MHEs and temperature monitoring device
