Summary:

 

Responsible for selling project property units, giving demonstrations to clients, carrying out site visits, and closing deals. Further, he (or she) will be responsible for effectively communicating project sales offers, following up with clients for deals maturation/healthy relationship management (and keeping them updated on their chosen property concerns).

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  1. Act as intermediaries liaising between company and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
  2. Business Development Officers are responsible for selling a company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.
  3. Call prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals. In case customer wants to visit office, arrange his meeting with manager and be a note taker and point of contact during that meeting.
  4. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  5. Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
  6. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received in supervision of Business Development Manager.
  7. Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
  8. Conduct online research to identify price of competing properties on the housing market
  9. Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
  10. Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a deal
  11. Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.

Job Specifications:

Education:

Graduation/Post Graduate

Experience:

At least 1-2 year of relevant sales experience preferably in real estate sector / outbound contact center.

Skill: Good interpersonal, organizational, coordination / communication and computer skills, negotiation skills and supervisory experience preferable.
