We are currently looking for a Cold Calling Agent to join our sales team and connect with potential clients, mostly in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our services
Promote mobile app development, website development, and digital marketing solutions
Qualify leads and gather key information about client needs
Schedule appointments or direct hot leads to the sales team
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Follow up with interested leads consistently
Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation targets

Requirements:

Female candidates only
Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation preferred
Excellent communication skills in English
Confidence in presenting services over the phone
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
A basic understanding of mobile apps, websites, or digital marketing is a plus
Must be comfortable working in night shifts
