Engineer Job Details
RF Engineer will be responsible for managing deliverables and developing network solutions based on the client’s growth plans, capacity constraints, new features and technologies.
Experience and Qualifications
· BS/MS in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications or related field or 4+ years of cellular/ telecommunications experience
· Experience in 2G/3G/4G Site (coverage, frequency, RF algorithm & parameter) and transport planning for at least 4 years
· Working knowledge of 4G and potentially 5G 3GPP protocols and parametrization
· Experience with products of Huawei, ZTE, Nokia and Ericsson
· Experience of Rollout, BTS upgrade swap and cluster level optimization
Objectives
· Meet the required targets of Outdoor/Indoor Coverage & Quality of 2G/ 3G/4G
· 2G/3G/4G Capacity Management
· Special Events Planning
· Demonstrate high level of internal & external collaboration
· Ensure efficient vendor and stakeholder management
We are looking for individuals with a self-motivated personality and ability to work under pressure with strong emphasis on teamwork, communication and documentation
