Sales executive will provide clients with details of properties that fit their requirements in terms of price, size and location.

Sales executives should be able to offer clients a selection of properties available for sale and arrange visits to view the properties.
Sales Executive will advise his clients on prices that they feel sellers might consider. Sales executives should keep clients informed, letting them know about updated payment plans.

Job brief

We are looking for a professional sales executive to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Sales executive responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities:

Work on assigned Real Estate Projects.
Provide clients with the information that is suitable with their requirements.
Conduct surveys / research on Real Estate.
Give feedback to the supervisor/manager provided by the clients
Make reports on assigned leads and clients in pipeline
Follow-up the potential clients on regular basis
Pitch the new projects to matured clients and investors

Requirements

Candidates must have good interpersonal skills to deal with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
Candidates must be good negotiators and mediators to help clients agree to terms.
They must have good knowledge of the property market in their area and be familiar with local facilities, schools, shopping and mass transportation so that they can provide their clients with the information they need to make decisions.
Real estate sales executives need good marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of a property, in person and on paper.
Bachelor (BA, Bsc, BBA) or higher
Must have command on Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
