Key Responsibilities:

Handling the customer's email for websites.
Responding to Emails regarding products and services.
Replying to customer's emails for queries and complaints received.
Convincing the customers while portraying the positive image of the company.
Resolving the disputes (Payment, Negative feedback) of customers by convincing them.
Follow-up & coordinate with different departments

Education:

Bachelors

Experience:

1+ year of relevant experience.

Skills Required:

Strong written communication & Problem-solving skills.
Email Etiquette.
E-commerce customer service experience prefered but not required.
Knowledge of A-z claim, chargeback, return policy, Amazon team correspondence
