We are seeking an experienced customer service resource to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for;

Handling international customers via email & calls.
Responding to the emails regarding products and services.
Replying to customer's calls for queries and complaints received.
Convincing the customers while portraying the positive image of the company.
Resolving the disputes (Payment, Negative feedback) of customers by convincing them.
Follow-up & coordinate with different departments.

Requirements:

Must have excellent English communication skills.

Eagerness & ability to learn.

Relevant experience is mandatory. E-commerce customer service experience is advantageous.
