Job Summary

Expanding property management and marketing division, Estate Web is currently seeking a hands-on, highly driven Business Development Officer with sales experience and entrepreneurial attitude to help lead division's direction and growth.
The Business Development Officer who will report to the Head of Property Management will be directly responsible for driving external growth through expansion of property management services with Estate Web digital marketing team; this includes implementing a business development strategy identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals through digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Property Management, the candidate would have to identify business development opportunities and prepare an action plan to achieve the goals. He/she will possess good understanding of the property management market.

· Create and execute a digital marketing plan for the growth of the Company and its ancillary projects

· Generate sales lead, build pipeline and convert prospects to sales numbers through telemarketing.

· Recruit, train, and develop Salesforce.

· Develop and grow various business sectors for subscriptions and sales.

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, business groups and social media.

· Execute product visibility and brand awareness in domestic markets.

· Manage customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them.

· Market research, competition analysis and follow market trends.
