Our Firm Etimaad International is looking for Customer Sales Representative

To contact potential clients in order to increase sales opportunities by phone and email.
Entering the clients details into the record.
Will present the product appropriately to clients to make a sale or generate a lead
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls providing by company.
Recording sales, correspondence, leads in internal database
Reviewing your own sales performance.
Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, questions, and suggestions as per the defined process guidelines
Providing Pre and Post-Sales Support to customers over emails and phone.
Keeping records of details and inquiries of customer complaints and taking action accordingly.
