Job Description

Administrating Payroll
General Ledger Operations
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statement
Account/Bank reconciliation
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
Must be able to create a balance sheet and income statement on a monthly basis from bank statement, credit cards statement, loan documents and payroll reports
Participates in the development and design of new systems and processes
Assists in the preparation and analysis of complex financial information required for compliance with new requirements, situations or reinsurance agreements
Completes, as assigned, reports or projects in an accurate manner including proper documentation
Prepares state and supplemental reporting requirements for the company and business areas as assigned and required
Assists in the preparation of complex financial information provided to external auditors, FBR examiners and responds to questions, as required
Prepares special reports and presentations as directed
Financial statement preparation
Keeps informed of changes requirements, which will ultimately impact the submission of required reports and financial statements
Candidate should have minimum 4 years experience in accountancy, previous experience of Software Company will be preferred.
