Responsibilities for Research Analyst

Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consultation on our e-commerece project
Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related markets being researched
Understand the needs of the organization or client in order to target research to benefit
Visit and analyse websites and apps that provide useful data relevant to our project
Create clear and useful reports and Process Flow Documents recommendations for organizational use
Interpret markets to conclude recommendations for the project
Advise businesses to build modules on the website based on market insights , trends , challenges , opportunities and threats.
Experience collecting, interpreting and organizing data
Ability to prepare extensive reports and present findings to the IT manager with clear and concise action advice
Working knowledge of the target industry and market
Advanced speaking and report-writing skills for effective communication
Attention to details and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to keep sensitive business information confidential
