Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to leads and prospects to promote our services and generate new business opportunities.
- Create and manage advertisements on Zameen.com and other relevant online platforms to increase visibility and attract potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) by regularly posting engaging content and responding to inquiries
- Exceptional customer service to existing clients and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Established communication skills and ability to convey information in English and Urdu.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as Zameen.com and social media channels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations and driving business growth.
Compensation:
- Monthly salary of Rs20,000.
- Sales commission on a case-by-case basis, providing additional earning potential based on performance and achievements.
