Ensure timely and smooth execution of Launch & Post Launch processes & Team management

Key Task & Responsibilities:

Responsible for products’ overall branding which includes photography, videography,
EBC, Storefront, Sales copy based on latest keyword research (Content), social media creative
Ensure timely S&P & Daily Reporting, Biweekly Reporting, Post Launch Book-keeping,
VAT/Tax Filing & P&L statement creation
Stock management (Before & During launch in both 3PL & FBA)
Enable Answer / Question on Listing
Refurbish Setting is set to disable
Business Profile Setting
Automatic Invoicing Enabled if VAT Exempted
Verify TAX Settings
Update Backend Search Terms provided by listing optimizer
Set Inventory Alert
Backend Review & Portfolio Manager approval
Overall launch readiness & execution, which includes PPC management & optimization, formulate Launch strategy, launch budget optimization, Pitstop review with Elite member, ensuring seller central backend update and validation
And any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time
