Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher Productivity.
Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.

Inspection test status, taking corrective and preventive action.
Controlling nonconforming products at intermediate and final stages of production.
Analyzing product and process performance form measurement process to identify area for improvement
Coordinate with buyer & merchant.
Follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines.
Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity of the production unit for garments by ensure optimum utilization of men, machines and materials to yield high productivity.
