Full Stack Developer

Face44 is looking for another full-stack developer for it’s Islamabad office. We are a team of world-class, award-winning and internationally recognized designers as well as top-notch in-house engineers. As we are growing, looking to add some more “top talent” to our team.

Responsibilities:

Understanding and discussing requirements provided by the customer or project manager
Providing estimated timelines based on requirements
Coming up with a list of possibilities and challenges based on the requirements
Implementation of extensive and modern designs
Development of websites and web apps
Collaboration with design team while working on a development project
Spreading knowledge to the rest of the team to grow together
Taking responsibility/ownership for the running and past projects

Requirements:

At least 4 years of industry experience
Expert level of communication skills (English)
Strong knowledge of web standards and trends
Strong background in the development industry
Strong knowledge of development tools
Has an eye for details
Understanding of user flows and user experiences
Great listener, and a good speaker
Good research skills
Know-how about design trends in order to find the best solutions for out-of-the-world design implementation related tasks
