The Agent will be responsible for the efficient and effective recovery of delinquent loans. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of debt recovery processes and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Recovery:

  • Proactively contact and negotiate with delinquent borrowers to establish repayment plans.
  • Utilize effective collection strategies to recover outstanding loan amounts in a timely manner.
  • Analyze financial situations to recommend appropriate solutions for loan recovery.

Compliance:

  • Stay current on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to debt collection.
  • Ensure all loan recovery activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Customer Relations:

  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when communicating with borrowers.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding their outstanding debts and potential solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions with borrowers.
  • Generate regular reports on loan recovery activities for management review.

Negotiation and Settlement:

  • Negotiate settlements and payment plans with delinquent borrowers, taking into consideration their financial circumstances and the company's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in loan recovery or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of debt recovery processes, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for loan recovery.
  • Atleast intermediate passed. Candidates with higher education in any field from an accredited university will be preferred.
