Job Description:

Parcel Booking: Handle incoming and outgoing parcels, ensuring accurate recording and timely dispatch.
Customer Dealing: Engage with customers courteously, address their queries, and provide assistance in booking procedures.
Maintain Records: Keep meticulous records of bookings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to coordinate bookings effectively and ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduates will be preferred.
Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using booking software and MS Office applications.
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
