We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department's Creative Team. The Graphic Designer will be a key element of the brand's visual messaging and will strive to both inspire and energize the ever-changing digital world. The ideal applicant will be an all-around conceptual thinker with a lot of creative energy, as well as have a solid understanding of various content areas including Photography, Light and effects, principles of Graphic Designing, etc. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Ensure that all visual assets are consistent & attractive, and represent the brand's creative direction by proposing fresh, creative graphic design components that enhance the brand.
Pushing the brand's visual components across all digital touchpoints and coming up with new ideas to improve the customer experience.
Updating the packaging artwork and ensuring that the sample quality is of a high level and accurate.
Become familiar with the brand's guidelines, visuals, components, and overall identity.
Lead internal projects and ensure that the creative output and content are in keeping with each project's objectives and that the brand's touchpoints are consistent.
Work closely with the Creative Marketing Manager to ensure that project deliverables are on time and fulfill the deadlines.
A good understanding of design, Hierarchy, Problem Solving, Layout, Typography, and strong verbal and written communication abilities will be required of the selected candidate.
Ability to operate systematically under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator whereas Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere are a plus.
Knowledge of Art, Design, and Culture, as well as some understanding of 3D designs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with vendors and printers.
Fluency in English (Verbal and communication).
Urdu typing Skills.
Be able to multi-task with strong planning and organizational skills.
