Falcon IT Pvt Ltd immediately requires HR Operations Interns for its HR department based in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

Employee record keeping & file maintenance
Payroll
HRMS Management
Updating employee details on HRMS
Employee benefit processing & Management
Managing onboarding and exit procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM or equivalent
Must have done degree's final year project related to HR OR should have done an internship in the HR department of any IT / Software Services company.
Must have excellent English and Urdu communication skills
Attention to detail
Good Analytical, Presentation, and Reporting skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.

About this Internship program:

It is a 3-month paid internship opportunity which may lead to a full time job based on performance of the incumbent.
