We are hiring a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. If you have a passion for the IT industry and possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Agile Methodology: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and ensure that the software development process adheres to Agile best practices.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, management, and the development team, to gather and document business requirements for software projects. Utilize Agile techniques, such as user stories and acceptance criteria, to capture requirements effectively.

Solution Design: Design software solutions that align with business requirements, utilizing Agile techniques such as sprint planning and backlog grooming to define the scope and prioritize development efforts.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the Agile development process. Conduct Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and transparency.

User Acceptance Testing: Define user acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and oversee user acceptance testing to verify that software meets the defined criteria. Leverage Agile techniques such as continuous integration and continuous delivery to ensure smooth testing processes.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Agile development lifecycle. Collaborate with the development team to implement improvements, leveraging Agile techniques like sprint retrospectives and process metrics.

Documentation: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of project documentation, including Agile artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint backlogs, and burndown charts.

Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the software industry, including emerging trends, best practices, and new technologies. Stay updated on the latest Agile practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

Minimum of Three(3) or more years of experience in a business analysis role involving US-based clients.
Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse and highly technical team across different time zones.
Proficiency with project management tools and best practices.
