• Develop Fast solar business strategy in line corporate strategy.
  • Lead solar product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch. 
  • Ensure close alignment with sales team to ensure the achievement of company’s sales and profitability objectives. 
  • Review sales progress on monthly/semi-annually/annually basis through sales reports and take necessary actions.
  • Develop market competitive pricing strategies of Fast Solar.
  • Lead internal operations team of Fast Solar and ensure close coordination between departments so that relevant teams meet assembling, product development and inventory requirements, deadline and targets.
  • Develop demand forecasts for new products and regularly review demand forecasts for existing products.
  • Maintain close coordination with marketing team for ATL and BTL activates of Fast Solar products.
  • Develop long lasting relationship with all existing key customer stakeholders.
  • Visit site to determine customers need, designing custom solutions, and estimating costs on regular basis where solar to be installed.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to determine product features and review customer feedbacks, market trends and prepare counter strategies.   
  • Managing all aspects of the Fast Solar, such as obtaining permits, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Maintain close coordination and communicate effectively with all branches using a professional empowering approach.  
  • Lead and provide technical trainings to all relevant departments for detailed understanding of Fast Solar.
  • Conduct regular performance meetings with immediate staff. Ensure performance evaluations of all team members are conducted on merit as per the KPI achievements and attributes.
  • Conduct interview selection of new hiring in Fast Solar.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by management.
