1. Develop and execute Trade sales business plans for 2 regions or half a billion annual sales assigned market / territory to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2. Make sure to Achieve recovery weekly targets.
3. Make sure to operate dealers in given credit time and clearance of overdue before its due.
4. Appointment of targeted dealers in existing and new towns
5. Regional compilation of dealer’s documents and sending to H.O for records.
6. Maintain closer liaison with prospective and existing dealers and related personnel.
7. Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing to dealers so that they can cater to customers with immediate response.
8. Make sure all the schemes which is launched by NSM trade is fully used in the region.
9. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
10. Constantly evaluate local market conditions, identify current and prospective dealer’s opportunities and develop forecasts business plans on monthly basis.
