To work in the area of receiving (in ERP), storage, issuance and inventory control of Raw Material,monitor all administrative / documentations planning stores operation.
To facilitate Production, Pilot development unit, Quality Control(R.M) & import department as well, & week wise stock status reports, and maintain the inventory Records.
Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Warehouse’ over-all Operations according to cGMP and IS0.
Close liaison with Production Planning department for requirements and Production Planning and make insure availability of material on time. Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, slow moving material report, near to expiry report, manpower status report to Manager Stores
Maintain inventories at levels to assure service with a minimum of delivery delays, yet maintain inventory turn goals Knowledge of receipt and transfer of goods & the documentation involved.
Maintenance of stock through ERP system.
