Faysal Associates is seeking a proactive and motivated Corporate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential for driving business development and enhancing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills and be adept at leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will engage with existing clients and cultivate new relationships to achieve sales targets. You will primarily focus on understanding client needs and tailoring appropriate solutions, enhancing the overall customer experience while contributing to the growth of the company. This position does not require team management, allowing you to concentrate on individual performance and client interaction, making it a great opportunity for those looking to excel in a sales role within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize prearranged meeting schedules with existing and prospective accounts to ensure effective time management and client engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction through regular communication and support.
  • Identify and engage potential clients by researching market trends and utilizing various lead generation channels.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, allowing for tailored sales approaches that align with their specific challenges and goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals using PowerPoint and other tools to communicate the value of our services effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
  • Track and analyze sales data to evaluate performance against targets and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's visibility and client base.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities to assist in strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software to ensure effective follow-ups and reporting.
