  • Responsible for making different Aluminum grade as per standard specification.
  • Responsible for Managing DROSS operation.
  • Maintain quality of product as per standard specification
  • Responsible for proper coordination with support function like Store/Maintenance to ensure smooth operation in his shift.
  • Responsible for entire shift operations.
  • Makes sure daily production and/or sales goals are met.
  • Supervision and assigning tasks to Assistant/Associate Engineers on daily basis
  • Address and resolve trouble shooting activities related to production
  • Compiling shift data and submit report to immediate supervisor at shift end
  • Ensure proper housekeeping of plant during the Shift operation.
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Technical training of subordinates and new employees

Education: Bachelor degree in Metallurgical Engineering

Experience: Must have 3 to 4 years relevant experience in Aluminum Melting

Skills: Business Acumen, Communication skills, Supervisory Skills, Analytical Skills, MS Office
