We are seeking a skilled and proactive Female IT Manager to join the team at Latest IT Solutions / Latest Bedding Group in Faisalabad. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a growing US-based e-commerce group. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of experience in IT and e-commerce integrations, with a strong emphasis on Shopify automation and custom solutions. You will be responsible for managing daily IT operations, developing and maintaining Shopify-based systems, and collaborating closely with senior developers and design teams to deliver innovative technical projects that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all IT operations, tools, and platforms across the organization.
- Develop and maintain Shopify integrations with third-party systems including ERP, CRM, shipping tools, and marketplaces.
- Create and update Shopify customizations using the Liquid coding language.
- Research, test, and implement automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and build new technology solutions and custom applications as required.
- Work collaboratively with senior developers and design teams to execute technical projects effectively.
- Provide technical support and oversee internal IT infrastructure needs.
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, systems, and workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Shopify development and third-party integrations.
- Strong proficiency in Liquid coding, APIs, and webhooks.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, or custom scripting.
- Ability to independently research, learn, and develop technical solutions from the ground up.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
- Experience with Shopify Plus, Shopify Flow, and app development is preferred.
- Familiarity with email automation platforms, ERP connectors, and marketplace synchronization tools.
