• Plan Quarterly Disbursement targets (Growth Plan).
  • Provide regular feedback on competitor activities to Area Manager.
  • Cascade branch targets to staff and regularly track and review performance and productivity.
  • Manage employee morale and retention.
  • Check the entries in MIS on regular basis to tally it with the manual records.
  • Submitting Closing to Area Office on monthly basis.
  • Implement processes of loan distribution, Recovery and monthly meetings in accordance with established policies.
  • Ensure office discipline and office hygiene
  • Maintain all statutory and business controls for branch processes and compliance with regulations
  • To supervise and manage the microfinance program at the branch level.
  • Manage and supervise branch HR, Finance, admin and their activities.
  • Preparing planning mechanism for the field activities.
  • Operational Risk Management and portfolio Management.
  • Regular group meeting and group audit.
  • Arrange daily meetings with COs and discus daily plans.
  • Giving directions to COs for smooth implementation of program (With the help of Growth plan).
  • New areas identification for credit program.
  • Final appraisal of clients
  • Disbursement of loan
  • Field visits with COs
  • Community follow-up visits
  • Recovery status and record maintenance
  • Facilitate the field staff in credit mobilization, group formation, recovery and follow ups
  • Advise training for branch staff.
  • Record keeping of Branch related documents.
  • Periodic appraisal of branch staff against mutually agreed indicators and targets with close collaboration of HR Manager.
  • Organize monitoring and evaluation visits at field level and information sharing with Area Manager.
  • Reporting and documentation of micro credit program on weekly, monthly on regular basis.
  • Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field all times.
  • To perform the supervisory role as the branch level.
  • Use CIB reports for risk assessment
  • Ensure ESM disclosure to be disseminated to clients.
  • Provide and guide the clients on client’s protection principals.
